Payment Information

To complete a ticket purchase, We may collect payment-related details through secure third-party payment channels, which may include mobile financial services (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) and/or card payment gateways. We do not store Your full card number, CVC, or mobile banking PIN on Our own servers — these are handled directly by Our licensed payment partners in accordance with their own security standards. We may retain limited transaction information (such as transaction ID, amount, and payment status) for booking confirmation, refund handling, and accounting purposes.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the tickets or services You have purchased through the Service.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email, phone call, SMS, or other electronic communication regarding Your booking status, payment confirmation, schedule changes, or support requests.
  • To provide You with news, offers, and information about services similar to those You have already used, where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in marketing messages or by contacting Us.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend to and manage Your requests, complaints, or refund inquiries.
  • For business transfers: We may use Your Personal Data to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets.

Text Messages Privacy Notice

You have the option to receive text (SMS) messages from Us, such as booking confirmations and OTPs. When You opt in, We collect and store information You provide in connection with text messaging, such as Your phone number and message delivery information. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional messages. Message & data rates may apply.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax or transport-authority record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements.

  • Account Information — retained for the duration of Your Account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
  • Booking & Travel Data — retained for as long as needed to fulfill the booking, handle refunds/disputes, and comply with any record-keeping requirements set by Bangladesh Railway or applicable law.
  • Customer Support Data — up to 24 months from the date of ticket closure.
  • Usage Data (cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, server logs) — up to 24 months from the date of collection.
